Hi,
I will be opening my track to anyone who would like to try it out, next Thursday evening November 19th. It is in the Hobby room of my condo in Brampton at Steeles and Hwy 10. If you would like the address and directions please email me at rbee@rogers.com. We plan on trying to race stock Scalextric NASCAR and modern (any make) ALMS cars that evening starting around 6:30. All are welcome. This is a new track and of course there will be some glitches but doesnt every one?

I find it hard to believe that there is NO ONE in the Toronto area that might like to try out a new track. If that is the case then I have to wonder about the state of this hobby. I feel like I actually have to beg people to come, which I really do not want to do. The lack of responses to my post speaks volumes I guess. I am underwhelmed to say the least. I will have to give this hobby some serious thought, not that it will make any difference one way or the other. ciao for now...ron
Ok no problem. We are racing 1/32nd scale cars. Pics of my track are on this forum in this section somewhere. It is about 80 feet long, 3 lanes, has many elevation changes and is a little on the rough side to run on. However it is also very challenging to get a good time. Timing is done via computer and dead strip. Hows that?
