The newest NSR Mosler (the Gulf one) appears to use the same pod and chassis as the previous versions. I didn't have the body off of it but I can say that it still has the rectangular pod instead of the newer triangular ones, it also does not have the drop-arm guide. The inline does use the pink King 21 EVO/3, and I suspect the same will be true for the angle winder, no new motor for the sidewinder though.
I don't think the new chassis is available in the US right now so I haven't tried it yet, it should be pretty quick though. I think that it would be faster than the R18, however my R18 and Moslers handle like a dog on a polished floor so I do not know the gap between the two cars when they ae both set-up well...
