so , since i was "coerced and bullied" , and swapped a car to get in (LOL) , lets start to talk about the next installment of scitcc . same car list ? same rules ? i just ordered the last bits i need to get a ninco merc clk ready . paint of course is necessary , as well as a livery , and i have ideas and plenty of decals . set screw wheels all `round , slot.it parts (axles , bushings , guide , pick-ups/brushes , gears , wheels) all over , and a flat6 in the motor compartment . 10/27 gears , p6`s on the rear and stock ninco`s up front .
bracing , and the needed material ? hhmmmm , what about a couple lengths of wire hanger ? and i spose a trip to the lhs . need a piece of brass tube to set front ride height . somebody correct me if`n i talk outside the rules .
please indulge me and comment on just what is allowed when , trimmin` a chassis . and if i can`t do it to the chassis is relievin` the body a bit , o.k. ? my idea surely will be different . explain just how much is trimmin` and how much is cuttin` . body float is so important , maybe this isn`t the right car to do .
another issue i have , no scale and no magnet marshall .

Jer, most of what you mention will be legal. I have no idea yet if we will adjust the current rules or add more cars to the list. We'll go over all that as a group once the current season is over. However, it sounds like you have a pretty good start planned out.

For trimming, minor, you don't need to cut off a 1/4" of material to get a body to move.

As for scale and magnet marshal, we only had one car that was close to the limit and that was fixed with a new pair of tires.

sorry if i`am pushin` anyone or , thing . just rarin` to get to the races ! somethin` tells me that trimmin` the exhaust detail uprights is cuttin` , and , not trimmin` . so , may end up with an audi entry . time will tell . . . . . .

made a trip to one of the lhs `s , got me a `luminum tube , no brass or stainless in a close size . have that fitted . runnin` 10x27 slot.it . 8x15 fronts , short hub , 10x15 rears again , short hub . sauber inserts . i love the six spoke wheels . i think i have a chance , guys . . . . . .
