Coming along nicely jon
Great color choice for your truck.....reminds me of my Grandpa's.
Any decals planned?

I like the direction your model choices have taken, hard bodies, yeah
Are you using HR parts?
Who is a good source for that stuff?
I've got some ooooold models that would look cool as slots.

I used HR Chassis for the Nascars, the modified has the rear bulkhead of an HR, the truck is all scratch, the wheels I am borowing from an HR and the guides are from HR, with those HR chassis its so easy to kit bash.

Yes sir get you a rolling chassis, and bring the old model to life, then thats all you will want to do.

now I am going to age the paint 50 years

thanks for watching

scrjon

Looking really good!

I like the "upside-down" chassis, keeps motor low and hides the chassis...

Looking good Air brush ?
Exhaust dumps, tailpipe,or a little bit of chrome out the back?

June isn't going to be happy about Fred giving that pretty young thing a ride, but they sure look happy riding around in that Chev.

That looks so great, the paintwork and wheels really make it!

A friend of mine is working on a '51 in 1:32 scale

And I'm working on this 1:32 GMC Sierra.

Pickups are cool
