Default Pinion Twister Race June 3rd 2017 On Carrera 8 x 26 ft 4 Lane

Saturday June 3rd, Race a Pinion Twisters track.
243 S. Pavilion Ave. Riverside NJ 08075

Opens at 12:00 noon race starts at 2:00pm.
Fly trucks no (racing versions trucks allowed the lightened Buggyra, no lexan interior), stock or pro wheels front and back, tires quick slicks on the rear wheels stock or sideways tires on the front wheels lightly sanding of the front tires , stock guide blade any braid , motors (Baby King only) gears any pinion, crown gears up to (27 T.) Weight inside the trucks and no magnets.

Second race Ninco GT'S (no mosler or JGTC cars.) Motors: NC-5 only any gears, wheels, Ninco guide blades, any braid , super tires or quick slicks, any front tires, weight inside the cars and no magnets.

Fee: $10:00

Okay gentlemen... At least a few of you have figured out the fly trucks. Other than 1/2 lb. of weight in the chassis, what's the secret?

We used the Baby King so it gives you better breaking which helps with a heavy truck

I opted for no additional weight as the body provded more than enough. Body movement and float helped. It was a tight race, only 2 laps between 1st and 4th place as I recall..

Good info to get started. Will be interesting to see what the national rules are. I can't believe you can get around corners without weight!

I had some behind the front axle and close to the motor I took the weight closer to the motor
and moved it up front. Some guys run no weight if I didn't see it I wouldn't believe it.
