The review over on Home Racing World says that this is a really nice car, especially on wood.

Seems like overall these are really great cars and would make a great class to race for sure.

It will be interesting to see how others feel about this car.

I found mine to be almost unmanageable on my very twisty little track until I mounted silicones. Adding a second magnet really gives it some stick, but I've gone with just one for now. If it is truly to scale, it's amazing how much bigger these cars were than any of the race cars Slot.it has replicated.

I got mine the other day and so far performance wise out of the box, I am not sold on it. Not as fast on my twisty track as compared with the NSR or Slot.it cars, tires chatter on the curves (too much grip and perhaps top/tail heavy). There is power on the straight, but my straight is short so I can't push it to compare. Note that the surface of my wood track is black chalk paint over magnetic paint so the surface it a bit rough and dirty as it is kept in the garage (I do a light wipe with a damp paper towel and run quite a few laps and tape clean the tires to further remove dust - the bit of dust actually helps the cars slid a bit instead of a break/grip/break/grip affect on a tight fast curve that causes the chatter). Rubber tires work well, but it is based on the body/chassis dimension configuration and tire compound (P6 works well).

The body and detail is very nice, quality of parts top notch and smooth running. Not sure yet how to get the best performance from all nine adjusting screws (I consider every chassis screw as an adjusting point possibility).

I did add some wieght to the nose area as it would easily de-slot until I got the nose down (front wheels at first were off the track by nearly 2mm until I added the lead).

Fitting softer braid will also help keep the nose down, and as for the chatter, Marco won't like this but I fitted a ninco style brace from motor to bush which made a great improvement for me, running non mag on slot.it 20x11 f22's.
Re the dimensions of the car, I've read that it is very close, and the fly car was made slightly short so it would fit in the box!
