Looking for 1/24 track, cars and or scenery

Hello!
I am looking to buy a 1/32 track, cars and scenery for a production shoot promoting slot car racing (the title reads 1/24 but I am truly looking for a smaller scale)

Also, I am looking for local (the Valley area- Van Nuys, Burbank, in California) slot car enthusiasts to help build a slot car track and participate in the racing of the cars for the live action shoot. Any expertise is welcomed! We are looking to build asap and to shoot mid January.
