Question I want in too...

Yo Mongo, or perhaps you prefer to be called Mr. Monster...?

Although entries might be some time away, you guys can count me in for 2010: 1 GTU (Alfa GTAm), 1 GT (?) and 1 Prototype (Ferrari 512 S CD, or... ?).

Just one question with reference to the homologation list: as the years advance, must we leave behind the cars that raced on the previous editions? For instance if a Lotus 30 raced for the last time in 1969, will this car be off the possible entries list for next years editions of the CPR/CAPR? Sorry if I'm being a bit blunt, but I do have plans you see...

Cheerio boyz!

Do the entrants from 2009 have preference for entries in 2010?

The rules for the CPR say that older cars may continue to run. The Can Am is supposed to run with the same rules as the CPR, with Van in charge of the rules.

The difference would be in the tracks, which means different tires may work best.

Robert nailed it. I would suggest something a little more robust than a resin body considering that any car entered will be RACED hard and hung up wet to the tune of at least 18-20km in a season - not to mention 1000s of km of postal travel.

Default Resin bodies

If they race hard like the UK guys did a few years ago anything can happen. This WAS my Supra from the WPR Series.

Default CanAm 2010 Logo

Hi guys,

Here's the CanAm 2010 logo:

The beaver will be missed, but seeing as the state animal of Maine is the sperm whale...I thought I'd avoid the racing mascots altogether this time around.

See you at the races,

Van

Who would ever have guessed that Connecticut would have a state insect ... and a foreign one, at that? My red bouncy guy didn't know!
