No problem
BTW. I'm going to merge this thread with the thread I liked to so we can try to get the information more linked here on this forum.
I've also edited the name of the thread to be more specific to this topic.

The new digital accessories have sold extremely well. There is a new shipment arriving any day now. So if you're local shop wasn't able to get them they should contact their sales rep soon about ordering them.

Thanks Dave, I will talk to my local shop tomorrow.
Has there been a price increase on these items recently?

No, the accessories must be plugged into the connection track piece.
And yes the Adapter Unit 30360 is a full straight track section.
According to Dave each accessory that needs one comes with one. They have to ability to connect 2 accessories to each track also.

Yes, each one comes with an adapter straight. So for the price of the accessory piece, you also get to expand your track a little.

It is possible that a set will have a Control Unit, but at this time I don't have anything specific about when/which set/etc....

Looking at the current inventory, the Nascar or Formula sets would be the obvious choice to add the new CU and pit stop combo. Ahh, what do I know, I'm just a consumer.

As I said, it's
possible but I wouldn't count on it as of yet. Also it wouldn't happen unit
at least 2012 since all the sets are defined for this year.

Question for Dave Kennedy about refueling time
Hi Dave,
We were running at Bruce's house this weekend and we noticed that with the new CU the time for refueling is quicker than the with the old system. Also, changing the fuel tank capacity made no difference in refueling time. With the old system it takes longer if the fuel tank capacity is set higher. Can you confirm that this is how the system is designed to work?
The cars do run sluggish for a lap or two when they have just refueled so they system is working.

Hello Ron, Bruce and I noted that difference too when I visited him too. I cannot confirm anything beyond what we've both noticed.
