Until the rules are disclosed all we can do sit and rev our engines, so Chris where are they?
I have no problem with a 25rpm motor max, especially as my stock Scaly LMP was left standing by the stock 30k evos last season. No offense Van but a complete mismatch that has to be changed.
One concern I have is that the rules are applied consistently week-in-week out and don't get adjusted on the fly (no pun intended). I think the rules should be in effect for a series and if adjustment is needed then its done for the next series. That way every knows what they are working with and there are no surpries when we turn up on a Sunday.

None taken. With a 25k motor rule a new guy can race a stock Slot.it with a new set of tires out of the box. Sounds good to me. There are plenty of other great cars under 25k so let's race already.
When you guys agree on what is legal, Dan (ACE HOBBY) and I can come on up to have some fun. My two cents, high RPM motors don't mean the car will be faster than a lower RPM motor. Tourque will be different as will breaking and the hole shots. If you guys agree on a motor, we will show. As long as customs keep being as cool as they have been. You guys need to come check out Ace Hobby.
Don't worry lugs, me you both that schedule won't work for. Unfourtunatly nobody is listening nor does anybody care. That is the new direction that Raceworld and affiliated staff is heading towards. Excellent business practice. To this day they have not even told half there old customers what is the new theme for the business.
Serge, I've no beef with Raceworld. There's simply no way to please all of the people, all of the time. Apparently, most are happy with racing on Sundays at suppertime. I'll have to be content with the occasional visit to Raceworld, and perhaps some weekend events in various basements in and around the GTA.
I have no beef with Raceworld either, just the fact that my slot car racing schedule is very limited this winter due to the schedules, Hoping to go to the US for some good 1/24 scale racing. In an earlier post I said the same thing, " you cannot keep everyone happy"
Ok, after actually running my Spirit, Ninco, MRRC and the dreaded Mosler on Saturday, I agree the 25k limit is good. I also think that I would prefer to see the Sunday races after dinner? I visited Raceworld Saturday and spoke with Ernie. As usual, he is a pretty amazing guy. I think the track is great and has alot of potential, and hopefully I might even race the series on Sundays...pending administrative approval at home...as it is NFL day and MWFFL day...
Don't worry Van you will see plenty of Champions racing there....hehe...
