NINCO001 Date: 12/20/2005 Now I am assembling the Rear axle.
NINCO002 Date: 12/20/2005 Here is the Rear axle prior to fitting the second pulley.
NINCO003 Date: 12/20/2005 This is a Photo Review of the NINCO ProRace Rally Kit.

Follow the photo's and text to build this interesting New NINCO Car.
NINCO004 Date: 12/20/2005 After driving the pulley onto the axle using the counter top, I needed to continue driving the pulley to it's correct position.
NINCO005 Date: 12/20/2005 I found that the bearing were about 6mm wide.
NINCO006 Date: 12/20/2005 Here I am using one bearing and the wheel as a jig to tap the axle through until the 2nd bearing can be fitted onto the axle.
NINCO007 Date: 12/20/2005 Here you can see the instruction sheet, with the 12mm spacing for the axle pulleys marked.
NINCO008 Date: 12/20/2005 Next job is to fit the front axle complete with the drive belts.
NINCO009 Date: 12/20/2005 After fitting the front axle and belts, now fit the belts around the rear axle and clip into the chassis.
NINCO010 Date: 12/20/2005 Rear axle before the bearings are clipped in.
NINCO011 Date: 12/20/2005 Here is the rear axle with the bearings clipped in.
NINCO012 Date: 12/20/2005 Here is the front axle complete with the belts fitted onto the pulleys.
NINCO013 Date: 12/20/2005 NINCO supplies three different rear shocks to allow fine tuning the handling of the ProRace Rally Car.
NINCO014 Date: 12/20/2005 Here is the shock fitted to the chassis and rear axle bearing.
NINCO015 Date: 12/20/2005 NINCO ProRace Rear axle and shock.
NINCO016 Date: 12/20/2005 Depending on track conditions you can fine tune the handling with one of 3 different shocks.
NINCO017 Date: 12/20/2005 Here you can see the assembled Chassis, visible in the spares box are the tires and wheels.
NINCO018 Date: 12/20/2005 NINCO ProRace Spares case, including wheels, tires, and photo etched parts.
NINCO019 Date: 12/20/2005 NINCO Supplies the Allen Key with the ProRace Kit.
NINCO020 Date: 12/20/2005 After fitting the 2mm srews into the wheels it is a good idea to lubricate the wheel bearings and gear and motor.
NINCO021 Date: 12/20/2005 It is best to completely lube the chassis before fitting the NINCO body.
NINCO022 Date: 12/20/2005 Also lube the axle bearings.
NINCO023 Date: 12/20/2005 WE use an oiler with a fine tip to apply the light weight oil.
NINCO024 Date: 12/20/2005 Next we need to service the front axle.
NINCO025 Date: 12/20/2005 Oil lightly avoiding getting oil on the belt drive pulleys or belts.
NINCO026 Date: 12/20/2005 Now we need to set up the guide and braid.
NINCO027 Date: 12/20/2005 With the braid tops bent forward it is more difficult to fit the eyelets, however they are held tighter into the guide. I do this on all Slot Cars using this type of guide.
NINCO028 Date: 12/20/2005 Take care not to crush the lead wire on this next operation, only press on the edge of the eyelet.
NINCO030 Date: 12/20/2005 Straight tip brass screws. THese are machine screws not self tapping so tend to hold tight in the body post even when left loose to fine tune chassis float.
NINCO031 Date: 12/20/2005 Repeat for both eyelets, now you can tune the braid.
NINCO032 Date: 12/20/2005 Next set the braid to the correct shape.
NINCO033 Date: 12/20/2005 Braid contact problems are one of the most common set up errors on Slot Cars.
NINCO034 Date: 12/20/2005 All we need to do now is fit the Photo Etched parts.
NINCO035 Date: 12/20/2005 NINCO ProRace Rally car set up in Road Race Trim.
NINCO036 Date: 12/20/2005 Snip off the photo etched parts.
NINCO037 Date: 12/20/2005 Next file off the flashing.
NINCO038 Date: 12/20/2005 Leave the 3 points on the inside of the disc.
NINCO039 Date: 12/20/2005 I found a pen with the rear plug removed allowed me to easily position the discs.
NINCO040 Date: 12/20/2005 Here you see the disc fitted
NINCO041 Date: 12/20/2005 For extra security I also glued the discs to the wheel hubs.
